Ibis Budget Roanne Hôtel

This is a good stopover hotel if you're touring or traveling on business. I was visiting Roanne for a couple of days as well as touring around France, so this hotel met my requirements very well. The room is a good size and everything is very clean and tidy. It has all the facilities that you need and they all work. It has its own parking area that's free of charge. It's located on the edge of Roanne and right next to the major roads, so it's very easy to access. The people who run the hotel were all very friendly and helpful,

Our room is on the ground floor and it is very well-lit. And by accident it's located near the little garden of the property where there were several sheep live there! Facilities are very well-maintained as they all look like new! And the general cleanliness was excellent. The environment was very quiet as well. Public transport is very accessible, just a few minutes walk to a bus stop where the bus take you to the centre town. Breakfast was lovely, the price is reasonable and it was a simple and convenient continental buffet. A bonus surprise, you would see the sheep in the garden while you enjoy your breakfast ! The staff of checking-in and the staff organising breakfast in the morning were nice, calm and friendly. Generally speaking, we were very happy finding this place and stayed there for a night !!

very clean and perfectly appointed in practical terms, excellent communication from the hotel through sms messages and a phone call to check.

Easy to check in even very late in the night, parking space, close to highway so easy to access and be back on the road when you’re just « transiting »
